By accessing or using the themos website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

themos provides PSP (Payment Service Provider) brokerage services, connecting merchants with suitable payment providers. We are not a PSP ourselves and do not process payments directly.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any information shared with you
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not misrepresent your business or intentions

4. Our Role

We act as an intermediary between merchants and PSPs. We do not guarantee acceptance by any PSP, specific rates, or terms. Final decisions on merchant acceptance, rates, and terms are made solely by the PSPs.

5. Fees

We charge a percentage on successful placements. Specific fee structures will be disclosed during the engagement process. There are no upfront fees for our matching service.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all business information shared with us as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., sharing with potential PSP partners with your consent).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will be accepted by any PSP or achieve specific rates or terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

themos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any decisions made based on our recommendations.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
